TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The voting period for the public awards categories starts on 18 July and

ends at midnight on 30 August.

The nominee with the highest number of votes will be declared the winner.

Nominees are encouraged to attend the awards ceremony or appoint a

proxy to be present on their behalf.

The winner will receive their prize in person on stage when announced at

the Soweto Theatre on 31 August.

WASPA Requirements: Network fees may apply. LogicSMS, a WASPA

Cell Phone Compatibility

A Cell Phone registered on a South African network with access to SMS

capabilities. Cell phone will need a SMS application and sufficient airtime.

Free SMS/airtime does not apply

The service won’t be used:

• To intentionally engage in illegal conduct
• To knowingly create, store or disseminate any illegal content
• To knowingly infringe copyright
• To knowingly infringe any intellectual property rights, or
• To send spam or promote the sending of spam
• The terms and conditions for any service must not contain clauses that
• contradict the requirements of this Code of Conduct
• The service must only be used with the permission of the bill-payer
• (for paid services).
• The service must only be used with the permission of a parent or
• guardian (for children)
