Best Male Artist – Malcom Xorile Jiyane

Best Female Artist – Melorie Jane

Best Newcomer in Jazz – Kgethi Nkotsi

Every year the Mzantsi Jazz awards also recognizes lifetime contribution to the jazz genre, for this year’s event it was decided the recipient from 2018, Ntate Khaya Mahlangu, to be part of the celebration and celebrated in this public event!
